TERMS
Successful bidders will deposit 10% of the purchase price at the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee (as indicated in brochure), sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing within thirty (30) days. 5% Buyer’s Premium Added!
SAMPLE GUARANTEE LETTER
As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of checks drawn on account #____________________ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $____________________ for purchases at the auction of Red Hawk Auction & Realty, LC on Saturday, May 1, 2010 of 2,169± acres in Fayette County, West Virginia.
BROKER PARTICIPATION
Any broker actively licensed in the State of West Virginia who properly registers the successful high bidder of any tract or combination of tracts will be paid 2% commission at settlement by the seller. Registration must be on the Red Hawk Auction & Realty, LC Broker Participation form and received before 5pm, May 1, 2010. Please contact an auction representative for additional information.
